Happy Valentine's Day, Part II

Oh we are having a wonderful day. One of Lulu's best friends spent the night last night. Due to redistricting of the school zones, Lulu doesn't go to school with this friend anymore so they don't get to see each other very much. It was great to see them together again.

We had heart-shaped pancakes for breakfast.

We did the Great Backyard Bird Count this morning. More on that later!

We walked to a nearby park, which we refer to as the sand park.



Bro played in the sand... one finger at a time.

He played on the slide.

Lulu played on the monkey bars, as usual.

Bro took one quick picture with mom...

... and two great pictures with big sister!

Dear Husband, not pictured, went to the grocery store to buy all of the supplies needed for our heart-shaped pizzas tonight!
