Music to my... mouth

Today I am going to our extended-family Christmas... and I am still no-baking it through the holiday.

Every family brings a dish to this party. 

I am making meatballs in the crockpot... and I threw together these homemade thin mints.  There are LOADS of recipes out there for these little guys.  This is the simplest version... (and the one that I saw on the  Martha Stewart show when I was on maternity leave with Bro).



Melt Andes candies.
Dip Ritz crackers in melted chocolate.
Place on tray and chill in refrigerator.
Sprinkles optional.
Eat.
